What we think about, we bring about
Have you ever noticed that when you search for an item online or, these days, even mention an item, you begin to see that item everywhere! Suddenly your social media is filled with ads, your inbox is filled with sales alerts and your Amazon account homepage is filled with deals of the day. It’s almost like the internet is watching and listening to your thoughts – BECAUSE IT IS.
The same is true of the Universe. The universe is listening. It hears your anger, your doubts, your criticism, your judgement, and your fear. But it also hears your hopes, your passions and your dreams. It hears the love and gratitude you share. Most of all, it clearly and distinctly hears your expectations. And on this, just as if you had placed on online order, it delivers.
We see this every day of our lives. We’ve all grumbled about the intrusive nature of the internet – basically spying on us. But that only happens when we tick the box to agree. We actively or passively grant our permission. In the same that we actively or passively agree to the things that show up in our life. Our thoughts impact our actions – and our actions, or inactions, send messages to the universe, letting it know what we expect to receive. Just as certainly as we send our messages through a global computer network, we also send them through a universal energy network. What we put our attention on is what will continue to show up in our life.

Every day, for seven consecutive days, write down the phrase I AM five times. Followed by offering gratitude for that feeling.
Let me show you what I mean:
1. I AM HAPPY. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE HAPPINESS I FEEL IN MY LIFE TODAY
2. I AM HEALTHY. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE GOOD HEALTH THAT I ENJOY
3. I AM LOVED. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE LOVE I RECEIVE EACH DAY
4. I AM WORTHY. I AM GRATEFUL FOR FEELING SELF-WORTH AND FOR EVERYONE WHO MAKES ME FEEL WORTHY
5. I AM BLESSED. I AM GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE BLESSINGS IN MY LIFE
You may use these or come up with 5 of your own. Come up with as many phrases as you can and change them each day - or continue to use the same ones over again. Even if you don’t believe them to be true, write them down, repeat them, concentrate on each word until you feel them with all your heart. The universe will hear you. And you will begin to or continue to see these things showing up for you.
