Originally from Canada, I've been living and thriving in Scotland for now close to 15 years. Over the years, I have had the privilege of travelling around the globe; meeting new and exciting people, having great adventures and learning!
Though each place I travel to is unique in its beauty and surroundings, I find that, for the most part, the people are the same. We all want the same things from life - Love, Happiness, and Good Health - for ourselves and those we care about.
I try to live my life in the pursuit of knowledge. I am always investigating fresh new ideas and new paths to attain these 3 goals. Through meditation, healthy eating, a positive attitude and a never failing sense of adventure, I'm living life in peace!
