Heartfulness practices take us on an inner journey, and that journey starts in the heart. The focus of the practice is to develop the "5 Cs of heartfulness": Contentment, Calm, Compassion, Courage, and Clarity, which are the foundation of our mental, emotional, and social intelligence. Heartfulness Meditation is a practice focusing on the feelings of the heart, facilitated through a guided, still practice. Each class is tailored to focus on a particular theme encompassing each tenet as well as drawing on the energy of the seasons and the requirements of the client. 

This practice will help you to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. If you take the time - and allow yourself to embrace the practice, you will find yourself becoming more focused, more energised, and experiencing more gratitude, acceptance and peace. This goes beyond your meditation practice and into the rest of your day, as you learn the skills to help you recognise and let go of the negative thinking when it shows up. A heart=centred Meditation practice can help you connect with your emotions, connect with your purpose, transform your thoughts, and help you to live in alignment with your true self. It can transform your world!
