I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION - TO RECEIVE

Welcome to Day 13 of the I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION series on self-love.

Today, I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION TO RECEIVE.

We dare to dream. We believe that our dreams can come true. So, why are you still lacking the things you say you want most in your life? Why are you not receiving?

Let's break this down into real-world terms that we can all accept as true.

You think of something that you would like to have. DREAM
You go online, find the item and place the order, get a confirmation of dispatch confirming that it will be delivered. BELIEVE.
There's a knock at the door. Your dream is within reach...

But you don't open the door. Why?

Why do we self-block ourselves from attaining the things that we have dreamt of and even ordered from the universe? Why do we not allow ourselves to receive?

There are many things that we do to self-sabotage, but only a few reasons why. Maybe we fear the judgement of others, for daring to be or have these gifts. Maybe we fear that the more we have, the more we have to lose. Maybe. But the number one reason that we close ourselves off from receiving is a lack of belief that we deserve the good things that the universe wants to provide us. We feel unworthy. We feel less than. I'm here to tell you - you are neither.

Take a deep breath in. Feel your breath circulating through your body. Feel it from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers. Turn your palms to face the sky. Repeat today's mantra: I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION TO RECEIVE. I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION TO RECEIVE. I give myself permission to receive all good things because I know that I am worthy of good things. I know that I am kind, generous, and hard-working. I do not fear the judgement of others because I know that I will use the gifts I receive to make life better for those around me. I know that the universe can provide for me without taking from others. I know that there is enough to go around.

Today, give yourself permission to receive. Find the courage to open your heart. Open the door.
