Motion meditation, sometimes referred to as DANCE meditation or Dance Yoga, is the practice of connecting the mind and body through movement and self-expression. 

There are no choreographed moves or strenuous positions. The focus of our Motion Meditation classes is to bring awareness to your breath and to open up the energy centres in your body. 

Moving meditation helps to reduce stress, increase energy, and improve concentration. It's helps you to let go and be present - physically and mentally!
